It is our experience, and surely not just our (INQFIX) opinion that the INQ Cloud Touch happens to be an amazingly powerful and stable smartphone. We have no doubt about this and we have no quarrels with recommending the device to other smartphone users. We have made the comment before that we believe the average user will never have to seek trouble shooting assistance for their smartphone, and that is of course assuming there has been no tinkering with the software, by installing untrusted apps or by seeking to gain root access over the device. Of curse many people will want to have that kind of power over their smartphone, and rightfully so (read a not-so-insane-rant here).
